About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused individual with common sense to join our team in Croydon South as part of the Customer Support Team. Due to recent growth and success we are looking for a new superstar to join our Customer Support Team.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, bookings and issues in a professional and timely manner

Replying to emails and answering calls as required

Daily Reporting and Track and Trace of freight and consignments

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery

Using Common Sense to assist our customers at the highest possible standard

Taking opportunities to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or logistics/transport role (not required but beneficial)

Someone who thrives on variety and can multitask

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support customer service and bookings processes

A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and adapting to changing priorities

A team player who conducts themselves professionally and with a positive attitude

We will require you to work business hours however can work with you on what they are exactly as long as we work out a plan where the customer is always looked after.
