What will your typical day look like?
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support delivering exceptional customer service. But don't worry, our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools & opportunities you need to develop customer-focused skills, enhance your knowledge of Australia’s telecom industry, and upskill in industry-standard software platforms.
Operational Hours
Training: 3-4 Weeks (9 am- 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri) - Work from Office
Nesting & Thereafter : (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Fri) - Work from Office
If you are someone with:
Excellent communication skills
A passion for helping people
A great attitude and a willingness to learn
A desire to work in a fun and supportive environment
A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet
An Australian/ NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency or a Temporary Resident visa with at least 1-year full work validity and unrestricted working rights
