A leading Not for Profit and Education organisation requires a Capital Projects Officer on a 6 month fixed term contract. There is a potential opportunity this role may go permanent in 2026.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and as a key member of the Finance team, you will oversee and support the asset management requirements for a major part of the organisation. The role requires a confident communicator as you will interact and partner with a wide range of staff across the organisation.

The main duties of the role include :

Management of CAPEX across the main part of the organisations activities.

Organise tenders and quotes for CAPEX works required.

Asset management reporting and assessment.

Develop and implement a capital works plan.

Review, renew and update of Property leases & License agreements.

Manage CAPEX progress and maintain budgets.

Report of progress against Capital works plan.

You will have a related qualification with proven experience in project management reporting, ideally asset management. The role requires a strong understanding of capital asset requirements, ability to liaise with Project Managers and Builders to oversee capital projects.
