We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at a pivotal time in our growth. If you’re passionate about marketing, creative to your core, and thrive in a vibrant, health-focused environment, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

What you’ll do

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how Function Well connects with current and future members. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll create and deliver campaigns that inspire action, celebrate progress, and showcase the best of our unique offering.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing and creating content for our social media pages

Coordinating events that bring our community together

Crafting engaging communications for our members and prospects

Designing marketing assets

Assisting with campaigns that drive growth and strengthen our reputation

Analysing marketing data to help guide future decisions

Supporting the Marketing Manager across a variety of exciting projects including the launch of two new Function Well locations in 2026.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone energised by creativity, passionate about marketing, fitness and wellness, and ready to take initiative. You will need to be a team player and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.

We’d love you to have:

A marketing, communications, or design qualification

A good eye for design, and experience using Canva or other design platforms

A finger on the pulse when it comes to social media trends across TikTok and Instagram, and experience managing social media platforms

Ability to create content that resonates, across a range of platforms

Video editing experience

Strong organisational and communication skills

A proactive approach with plenty of initiative

A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness

Bonus points if you bring:

Design or graphic design experience beyond Canva

Videography background or strong skills in this area

Experience with HubSpot and WordPress (not essential)
