The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to take full ownership of our veteran-facing brand and digital platform. You’ll lead brand growth, drive patient experience improvements, and own the platform roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering, clinics, pharmacy, marketing, and customer support.

This is not just a product role - you’ll act as the business lead, managing operations, shaping strategy, and representing the voice of the veteran community. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and impact.

What You’ll Do

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Lead brand growth: marketing, user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Translate insights into digital product features that improve patient care and efficiency.

Manage platform infrastructure across PMS, dispensing software, CRM, and more.

Collaborate with clinics, tech, pharmacy, and support to launch and iterate features.

Analyse user behaviour, optimise UX/UI, and improve conversion and retention.

Develop scalable, patient-first user journeys tailored to veteran needs.

Build strong relationships with veteran communities and support organisations.

Monitor performance via KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.

Ensure regulatory compliance (TGA, DVA, AHPRA) while maintaining agility.

Lead business operations, risk management, and team alignment.

Manage, mentor, and grow a small team under your leadership.

About You

2+ years in product management, preferably in telehealth, digital health, or e-commerce.

Experience with veteran sector engagement is highly desirable.

Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and user-centric design.

Confident working with data, analytics tools, and digital performance metrics.

Experience working cross-functionally with tech, clinical, and marketing teams.

Strong leadership, business strategy, and project management skills.

Tech-savvy (you don’t need to code, but you get how things work).

Familiar with the DVA framework and veteran-specific healthcare needs.

Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
