Do you have experience working across cultures and a deep understanding of the Australian food and beverage market? Join our team as a Product Manager and play a key role in delivering unique, trend-forward products tailored for Australian customers - all while collaborating with our global team based in China.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Localise & Innovate: Adapt product recipes and SOPs from our China-based team to align with Australian market preferences, compliance, and ingredient availability.

Drive Product Development: Launch exciting new products across our brand portfolio, leading trials, tastings, and rollouts with precision.

Collaborate Cross-Culturally: Work closely with China and Australia-based teams to align strategy, timelines, and execution.

Source & Comply: Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure all ingredients meet our brand and regulatory standards.

Analyse & Strategise: Use sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to refine and evolve our local product offerings.

Support Rollouts: Lead product launches in-store with training, documentation, and hands-on support.

🧠 What You Bring:

Essential:

Extensive experience in product development within food, beverage, or hospitality

Strong background in café, or beverage operations

Expertise in adjusting recipes and SOPs for local compliance

Experience using data to inform product decisions

Mandarin language fluency

Strong innovation, organisation, and independent execution skills

Available to start immediately and willing to travel internationally

Desirable:

Passion for food and beverage trends

Strong background in pastry/bakery operations

Collaborative mindset with cross-cultural sensitivity

Ability to manage multiple product streams simultaneously
