- Salary range: $110,357 - $127,333 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role
You will work collaboratively within a team of Business Partners and Advisors to strategically address systemic HR issues while providing responsive advice and practical support on a broad range of complex people matters. You will partner with senior leaders to advance the capability and culture of their teams and support the achievement of business objectives, including through organisational development and change management initiatives.
You will coach and support managers and staff to enhance business effectiveness and decision-making capability and provide high level advice to facilitate the resolution of employee matters and mitigate the risk of workplace relations issues.
You'll also provide mentoring and training on best practice to our People Advisors, ensuring staff and managers experience seamless and high-quality advice in the management of all people related matters.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Extensive experience providing strategic and operational advice on people management and employee relations issues.
- Highly developed coaching, collaboration and influencing skills.
- An excellent understanding of relevant employment law.
- A demonstrated ability to confidently advise and consult with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources (or extensive equivalent experience in a similar position) with proven experience in employee/workplace relations.
