- Proven tenure in roles, progression and delivery of people projects in your previous companies
- Confident communicator with a practical, down to earth style
- Resilience is key - you can have the tough conversations with respect and care, stay calm and positive
- Someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, building relationships, and making things happen
- A qualification in HR or a related discipline
This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about delivering real value in a hands-on, people-first organisation. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and partner with leaders to create a great employee experience – we’d love to hear from you.
