People and Culture Business Partner
Melbourne - Full Time
Salary: $95,000 to $110,000 plus super (negotiable) + travel allowance.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on People and Culture Business Partner to join our expanding healthcare group. This pivotal HR generalist role supports a network of five day surgeries across Melbourne. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, and induction

Lead initiatives to improve staff retention and engagement

Ensure compliance with the Modern Awards and Fair Work Act.

Provide advice and support to managers on day-to-day HR matters and employee concerns

Develop and refine scalable HR systems, templates, and procedures

Coordinate employee surveys, feedback loops, and wellbeing initiatives

Maintain accurate employee data and records

Support a consistent and supportive people culture across all sites

About You

Minimum three years of experience in a generalist HR or People and Culture role

Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and employment compliance

Strong knowledge of modern awards, industrial relations, and Fair Work legislation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to travel between sites as required

Healthcare sector experience

Experience with HR systems such as BrightHR is desirable
