Part Time Administration Assistant - Ready to Start
2W Electrical are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. This role initially offers 10-15 hours a week, with scope to transition into a full time position. Based at our office in Hobart, we offer flexible working hours and an option for the convenience of working from home.
About the role:
As a 2W Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including but not limited to; Social media management, data entry, generating reports, liaising with staff and managing client relations. The role comes with dynamic responsibilities, and you will be required to have critical thinking and a high degree of adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Assisting with the creation of social media content and implementing our marketing strategy. Responding to client interactions.
• Data Entry: Time sheet entries, input client data via CRM, etc.
• Client Relations: Liaising with staff and clients alike to ensure smooth business operations.
• Using accounting and job management software: Generating reports, creating Purchase orders, tracking expenses, balancing accounts.
• Following instructions and implementing administrative processes: Directly reporting to the director with clear communication and assisting with planning and scheduling.
Requirements for the Role:
• Proven experience in administration or a similar role
• Proficiency with accounting software (eg; MYOB, Xero or similar).
• Familiarity with job management software (eg. Aroflo, Simpro or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
