An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated, customer focused individual to join our administration team as an Office Assistant for Salamanca Fresh - a leading retailer of fresh produce and gourmet groceries.
To be successful in this role it is critical that you thrive in a team environment. Your main responsibilities will be data entry, and processing invoices and payments.
Bookkeeping experience is essential. It would be advantageous if you have worked in a similar role in the retail/supermarket industry.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent communication skills
Competent level of bookkeeping skills and cash handling skills
Competent computer/Microsoft program skills
A good phone manner
Ability to learn quickly because there will be many job-specific tasks to learn
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent time management and organisational skills - be able to prioritise and multi-task
