We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to support 2 x Consultants with candidate sourcing, working with an existing database of candidates and generating new talent.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proven attention to detail and data quality management
• Ability to efficiently follow processes and achieve administrative excellence
• Speed to task and self-driven
• Passion for people, influencing and finding out what makes them tick
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
• Property/Real Estate industry experience would be highly regarded.

This role requires a strong administrator and people person who can nurture existing candidates, find new candidates and make matches. This is a growth role and requires somebody with the passion and drive to become a future Recruitment Consultant.
