Red Breeze Restaurant is located at Tom Price in WA. We provide a variety of popular Asian food, including Chinese,Thai, Malaysian and Indonesian cuisines. Also, we combine both Western and Asian styles together to satisfy our valued customers. An experienced Cook and Chef is expected to join our passionate kitchen team.
To be successful candidates MUST have:
· For Chef, at least 2 years of experience in Commercial Cookery and kitchen management, preferably familiar with Asian specialty, be able to plan menu according to customers’ preferences.
· For Cook, at least 1 year highly relevant working experience in commercial cookery, holding certificates in Commercial Cookery is preferable. Must be able to demonstrate cooking skills via a practical interview.
· Recent Police Clearance
· Willing to work in regional area of WA
· Be able to fulfill the position ASAP
Duties:
The cook’s position involves cooking meals for customers by using a variety of cooking skills
Assisting chef in daily menu planning
Stock control, food shopping/ordering, supervising junior staff
Cleaning up after shift
The chef’s position involves
cooking meals for customers by using a variety of cooking skills
Assisting business owner in daily/seasonal menu planning
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
We request flexibility as various other duties may arise you may be required for
Salary offered for cook, from $76,000-$78,000 per annual plus super
Salary offered for chef, from $78,000-$80,000 per annual plus super
