At Three Anchors, we are a busy beachside venue that is popular with locals and tourists alike. We are situated in one of the state's premier food and wine regions and work with local suppliers whenever possible.

We are open for breakfast and lunch seven days per week - no night work required other than occasional function work!

We are seeking a qualified chef and/or experienced cook to join our team. This position will focus on lunch service and food preparation, however breakfast experience will be an advantage. The successful applicant must demonstrate sufficient experience working in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining a high quality standard, with knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene. The applicant will be able to manage a pass during a busy service and supervise junior team members to ensure consistency of quality, both during service and preparation.

Daytime weekend availability is a must.
