We are looking for experienced and qualified chefs and cooks to work in our busy kitchen at The Landing Resort located in Port Hedland, Western Australia. Our hotel restaurant serves our hotel guests and other customers who come in for casual dining as well.

The ideal candidate:

Qualification as a chef or cook or equivalent level of experience.

Experience working in a kitchen and follow our routine cleaning across the day and end of day.

Stock management and provision experience.

Excellent communication skills and initiative.

Can work efficiently in a busy environment.

Able to work independently.

Strong Leadership skills.

Lead a small team and delegate tasks.

Adaptable to seasonality of the business.

Ability to work longer hours where needed.

Perform admin responsibilities and tasks required by management.
