Triskele Labs is one of Australia’s fastest-growing cybersecurity companies. We are in a high-growth phase and have just launched a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to drive the next stage of our expansion.

What You Will be Doing
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key contributor to our growth. Your role will involve:
Reaching out to cold and warm leads across Australia by phone and email
Booking meetings for our Business Development Managers and creating sales-qualified opportunities
Following up on marketing-generated leads and engaging decision-makers
Working alongside a high-performing team with direct access to leadership
Using tools like Lusha and HubSpot to source, track, and engage prospects
Contributing to team-wide pipeline and revenue goals
Who We are Looking For
We are open to people who are new to sales, as well as those with 1 to 2 years of experience looking to build a long-term career in tech. What matters most is your attitude and energy. We are looking for people who:
Are highly motivated and bring energy to every conversation
Can handle rejection without losing confidence or momentum
Are coachable and eager to learn
Are great communicators, both in writing and over the phone
Are familiar with or curious about tools like Lusha, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Understand how to leverage ChatGPT and AI to write prospecting messages, improve efficiency, and get better outcomes
We encourage the use of AI, including ChatGPT, in your day-to-day approach to prospecting, planning, and productivity.
