We're looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Warranties & Service Bookings Officer to be the key point of contact for our valued customers seeking support, troubleshooting and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately

Liaise directly with customers to troubleshoot camper issues via phone or email

Book and coordinate service appointments with customers and service teams

Identify and resolve faults relating to:

12V electrical systems

Hot water systems

General camper hardware and structural issues

Maintain accurate records of service history and warranty work

Work closely with the service and technical teams to ensure timely resolutions

Provide product support and advice post-purchase

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of hybrid campers, rooftop tents and camper accessories

Strong understanding of 12V systems and camper electrical setups

Working knowledge of hot water systems and general camper plumbing

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Proven customer service experience, ideally in a technical or mechanical field

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide clear, step-by-step support

Computer literate

Desirable:

Previous experience in a warranty or service department

Trade background or technical qualifications in automotive or RV industries

Passion for camping, off-roading and outdoor adventures
