Customer Service Officer
Location: Brisbane
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our client's dynamic team.
This is a full time, permanent ongoing position, open to applicants based in Brisbane!

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential participants (up to 40+ calls per day).
- Conduct phone screening questionnaires to assist eligible participants based on study requirements.
- Select trials for participants based on eligibility criteria.
- Build excellent rapport with new and existing participants.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the participant database.
Requirements:
- Minimum of six month's experience in a contact centre (required).
- Experience in a customer-facing role (required).
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional level of confidentiality.
- Ability to meet set targets and KPIs.
