Client Focused Services (CFS) is committed to providing excellence in support care to our clients. CFS are specifically tailored to providing specialised support services to the deaf community. As our company is growing (which we are very excited about!), an opportunity has emerged for an experienced full-time Client Services Bookings Officer to join our team 5 days a week.
Position responsibilities:
Coordinating bookings and rosters for clients and support workers
Acting as a central point of contact for all support service and roster enquiries
Communicating roster schedules (and changes) to staff and clients
Responsible for logistics around events and client supports
Providing administrative support to management and staff
Position duties:
Generating rosters for support workers and clients using rostering software (ShiftCare)
Answering inbound enquiries from clients, external organisations and stakeholders
Responding (via phone, text, email, etc.) to client and support worker enquires and to update of rostering changes
Assisting with general administrative duties to support staff and clients
Escalating issues to Service Delivery Manager
Assist the Service Delivery Manager with event planning
Ability to communicate within the Deaf community and willingness to further develop Auslan skills
Skills:

Advanced scheduling and planning
Organised and time management
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the NDIS
Good understanding of Deaf Awareness and /or Aged Care
Some understanding of Auslan and a willingness to further develop these skills
Attributes:
Able to handle high pressure and changing situations
Empathetic and compassionate toward people with a disability (Deaf)
Creative in approaching challenges
