Posted 15 days ago
Who We Are
At The Scholars Group, we're passionate about helping little ones grow and thrive—and our team culture reflects that energy. We are the leading early learning and care specialists on the Gold Coast, proudly managing Little Scholars School of Early Learning’s 17 boutique childcare campuses. As a family-owned company founded by educators, we’re all about creating a better world by nurturing incredible little humans. (Cute, right?) It’s no wonder that 9 out of 10 families who visit our campuses choose to enrol with us—a testament to our genuine warmth and exceptional quality.
About the Role
Are you a customer service superstar who absolutely loves helping people? As our Enrolments Officer, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for families, guiding them through the enrolment journey with warmth and clarity. This full-time role, based at our Southport, Gold Coast head office, is perfect for someone who thrives on making parents feel supported, confident, and excited about choosing Little Scholars for their child's early learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Family Liaison: Promptly respond to enrolment enquiries (phone, email, online) with genuine warmth and care.
Guide Families: Clearly communicate our offerings, help families navigate enrolment steps, schedule campus tours, and offer thoughtful follow-up.
Support & Service: Answer questions, resolve concerns, and make the entire enrolment experience effortless and positive for parents.
Occupancy Management: Collaborate with our 17 campus teams to monitor and achieve enrolment goals. (Bonus celebrations included!)
Administrative Magic: Keep enrolment records tidy and accurate using CRM/CCS software (experience with systems like Kidsoft and LineLeader a must).
Team Player: Work alongside our marketing and community teams to enhance enrolment initiatives and family experiences.
You’ll work alongside a passionate team of early childhood professionals, enjoy genuine career-growth opportunities, and make a measurable impact on the lives of children and their families every single day. If you thrive on connecting with people, exceeding targets, and championing exceptional early education, we’d love to welcome you to the Little Scholars family.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
We know that work should enhance your life, not overwhelm it. At Little Scholars, you’ll enjoy:
Amazing Pay & Bonuses: Competitive above-award wages (up to 10% higher!) and on-target additional earnings of up to $17,000 annually through achievable performance incentives.
Huge Childcare Discounts: A 45% discount on childcare fees for your own little ones.
Career & Education Perks: Fully-funded qualifications including Certificate III, Diploma, or even a Bachelor's degree, plus regular professional development and mentoring opportunities.
Recognition Galore: Generous tenure and referral bonuses, annual awards night, and a special end-of-year thank-you gift.
Wellness & Balance: Access to our Employee Assistance Program, free flu vaccinations, paid parental leave, wellness days, volunteer and donor leave, career breaks, and more.
A Fun Team Culture: Regular team events, an epic end-of-year celebration, and an inclusive atmosphere where you’re valued as a part of the family.
About You
You’re empathetic, highly organised, and bring positivity to every interaction. Ideally, you:
Love customer service and helping others—this genuinely energises you.
Have at least 2 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or enrolments (bonus points if in education or childcare!).
Communicate clearly and warmly via phone and email.
Stay organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in multitasking.
Are tech-savvy, comfortable with office software and ideally CRM systems.
Hold (or can obtain) a valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and Police Check.
