We’re looking for a highly capable, warm and organised Household & Business PA to support a husband-and-wife team — founders of a national property investment firm and busy parents of three kids (plus two dogs and two cats). Follow us on insta @jenandjasonpaetow_
This full-time role blends household support, business administration, and light family assistance. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, people-focused position and is looking for long-term growth into areas like operations, marketing, social media, or client services.
Key responsibilities include:
Grocery shopping, errands, bill paying, meal prep, and household organisation
Tidying and maintaining beautiful, functional spaces (you love a good label system!)
School pickups and activity drop-offs for our 9-year-old
Pet care (vet visits, groomer drop-offs)
Personal shopping and travel coordination
Business admin: scheduling meetings, inbox/calendar support, client follow-ups
Spreadsheet updates, reporting, and event planning
Assisting with basic social media tasks — posting, captions, and content ideas
Supporting a fast-paced but neurodivergent household (ADHD-friendly)
Liaising with the Head of Operations and wider business team to keep things moving
Work location & hours:
3 days/week at our Caulfield North office
2 days/week at our Brighton home
Mostly 9am–5pm, with some 10am–6pm days and occasional house sitting
About You:
You’re a proactive, loyal and reliable all-rounder with several years of experience in a busy, multi-tasking role. You take initiative, are incredibly organised, and love being the go-to person who makes life easier for others.
You are:
Friendly, warm, and professional
Great with kids and animals
Tech-savvy — especially with Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Google Calendar
Calm under pressure, clear with communication
Comfortable in an ADHD-friendly household
Social media confident (you don’t need to be a creator, just content-comfy)
You must have:
A current driver’s licence and your own car (or ability to use ours as needed)
Australian working rights
Full-time, in-person availability
