Club Dubbo is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills to support our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-respected local club with a positive workplace culture and a commitment to excellence.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in the club’s day-to-day operations, combining financial tasks with general administration duties. You’ll support the management team while helping ensure smooth internal workflows and great outcomes for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Perform cash and banking reconciliations
Maintain and reconcile payables and receivables ledgers
Accurately enter and maintain financial data using MYOB
Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and general admin tasks
Support compliance and internal reporting processes
What You'll Bring
Experience using MYOB accounting software
Solid bookkeeping experience, including payables/receivables
Strong cash reconciliation and data entry skills
High level of attention to detail
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
A focus on delivering great outcomes for all stakeholders
Bonus points for:
Experience in a club or hospitality setting (not essential but highly regarded)
