About the Role
We are currently seeking a Broker's Assistant to join our Service Team in the North Sydney office. This is a key administrative role that supports our Service Brokers by ensuring they have everything needed to deliver exceptional service to clients.
In this hands-on, process-driven position, your focus will be on accurate administration, time management, and clear communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing documentation for client service visits.
- Gathering pre-renewal information from clients.
- Compiling and formatting client renewal packs.
- Creating service guides and support materials.
- Checking and reviewing policy documentation.
- Providing general administrative and office support.
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
About You
You are someone who brings enthusiasm and precision to your work. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in administration (ideally within a professional environment).
- A strong interest in the financial services or insurance industry (career progression is on offer for the right candidate).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word skills are essential.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
