The Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate Digital Marketing All-Rounder who thrives on growth and impact—not just maintenance. This is a hands-on, part-time role perfect for someone looking to step into an autonomous, in-house position where your ideas and execution will directly drive results. You'll be across a broad range of marketing activities including paid ads, content creation, social media management, email campaigns, SEO, and landing page optimization. A background in influencer management and video editing is a huge bonus.

Key Responsibilities
● Google & Meta Ads: Set up and manage paid campaigns focused on performance and growth.
● Content Creation: Plan, write, and create content that speaks to DIYers and builders alike—across social, email, and landing pages. ● Social Media Management: Own the content calendar, posting, community engagement and platform performance (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
● Email Marketing: Build and manage campaigns, welcome flows, and customer journeys using hubspot.
● SEO & On-Page Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages and product pages for organic search growth.
● Landing Pages: Collaborate with the team to create high-converting pages for new launches, promotions, and lead capture
● Video Editing (Bonus): Edit short-form content and reels for social using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
● Influencer Management (Bonus): Source, brief, and manage content creators to build authentic brand partnerships.

Who You Are
● 0–6 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
● A self-starter with creative flair and strong execution skills.
● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Hubspot (or similar platforms).
● Solid content creation—both written and visual.
● Comfortable with video editing tools or platforms like Canva/CapCut/Adobe Suite.
● Analytical and growth-minded, always testing and learning.
● Bonus: Influencer or creator management experience.
