Indicative tasks include:

Following up enquiries with vendors, landlords, tenants, and suppliers;

Responding to general enquiries from potential buyers and tenants for properties for sale and under management;

Undertaking a range of functions associated with the selling, leasing and management of of properties;

Preparation of documentation and correspondence in relation to the leasing and/or management of properties.

Arranging maintenance and repairs

Assisting with auctions

Undertaking property inspections.

This role will give you exposure to all facets of the real estate industry and provide a framework for someone looking for a career in the real estate industry.
