Join Home Hunters Group as a Sales Assistant, working directly alongside our Director, Cale. This unique role combines personal assistant responsibilities with sales support, placing you at the heart of our business operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing high-level administrative and personal support to the Director.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring prompt responses and follow-up.
- Keeping client files and sales records updated and accurate.
- Assisting with proposal preparation, documentation, and tracking sales progress.
- Organising team meetings, events, and occasional off-site tasks.
- Handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Supporting the Director with varied business and personal tasks as required.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys being relied upon as the “go-to” person for all things sales and admin.
