Key responsibilities include:

Cold calling and active prospecting to generate leads, appraisals, and listings.

Sourcing and nurturing leads to feed into the team’s pipeline.

Managing buyer enquiry and phone call-ins, delivering fast and helpful responses.

Assisting buyers and sellers in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.

Participating in property viewings and open homes, and providing relevant property insights.

Preparing and placing open home signage before inspections and ensuring professional presentation.

Attending building & pest inspections, bank valuations, and other key appointments.

Supporting negotiations, liaising with buyers and vendors alongside the sales agent.

Managing and updating the CRM/database, ensuring accurate contact and follow-up records.

Scheduling and coordinating appointments, inspections, appraisals, and meetings.

Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed team targets.

Building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Preparing and distributing sales reports, property info packs, and other documentation.

What we’re looking for:

Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone and in person.

Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.

Motivated, coachable, and eager to develop a long-term career in real estate.

Strong work ethic with a team-focused mindset.

Experience in customer service, sales, or admin is a plus.

Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

Valid driver’s licence, reliable car, and flexibility to travel locally for appointments and signage.
