As a key part of the sales function, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—qualifying leads, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding them through the process of purchasing their first home or investment property.

Key Responsibilities
● Engage and follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and meetings.
● Qualify prospective buyers and understand their property goals.
● Present tailored property solutions and articulate the value of our services.
● Collaborate with the acquisitions team to match clients with ideal property opportunities.
● Attend inspections and coordinate with agents and vendors as needed.
● Assist clients throughout the sales funnel—from enquiry to settlement.
● Achieve and exceed KPIs including client engagement, conversions, and sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
● Stay up to date with market trends, grants, and suburb performance.
Required Qualifications
● Tertiary education in property, business, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
● Strong communication and sales skills, with a genuine interest in helping people.
● Client-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly.
● Confident working with sales targets and a commission-based incentive structure.
● A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Required Qualifications

● Spanish language skills (not essential but an advantage).
Working Conditions
● Hybrid work environment with primary office in Melbourne.
● Occasional local travel for inspections or client meetings.
● Flexible work hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
● Competitive base salary 50k + generous, performance-based commissions.
● OTE 70k to 100k or more based on performance
