About the role
Marsden Buyers Agents' is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Assistant Buyers Agent to join our growing team. As a full time role, this position will play a crucial part in supporting our Buyers Agents in their day to day activities, helping to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Assist with property searches, research, and analysis to identify suitable opportunities for clients

Coordinate and attend property inspections, open homes, and auctions on behalf

Prepare detailed property reports and recommendations for clients

Manage client communication, including responding to enquiries and providing regular updates

Support the negotiation and acquisition process for successful property purchases

Maintain accurate and up to date records in our client relationship management system

Provide general administrative support to the Buyers Agent team as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar real estate or property-related role

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Highly organised and detail oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and other relevant software

A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute to a dynamic team environment
