Role Overview
As a Buyer’s Agent at Indigenous Wealth, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients toward property investments that support their long-term financial goals. You will source, analyse, and present high-quality investment opportunities - with a focus on strategy, outcomes, and integrity. This role requires a deep understanding of property markets, excellent negotiation skills, and genuine care for helping our people succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Source, research, and vet suitable investment properties (on-market, off-market, and pre-market) based on client profiles
Complete property cash flow and feasibility analyses
Prepare and compile suburb/location reports to support property recommendations
Present properties to clients with clarity around benefits, risks, and next steps
Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure property deals (EOIs, pricing, terms, and special conditions)
Liaise with selling agents and other stakeholders to manage relationships and unlock opportunities
Coordinate legal/conveyancing processes, including review of contract and Letter of Advice within 3 business days
Oversee and support clients through the contract signing process
Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM and internal systems throughout the transaction lifecycle
Stay updated with real estate trends, growth corridors, government incentives, and finance impacts
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Mortgage teams to ensure a smooth, aligned client journey
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Proven experience in buyer-side or seller-side property transactions
Licensed Buyer’s Agent (Class 1 Real Estate Licence minimum preferred)
Deep understanding of Australian property markets, trends, and data
Skilled in negotiation and clear communication with clients and stakeholders
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions
Committed to financial empowerment and self-determination for Aboriginal people
Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a mission-driven team
