About the Role

This is not just another assistant position. You'll work closely with a Director and be exposed to all aspects of the sales process while receiving the mentorship and structure needed to build your own profile and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Support agents with open homes, buyer appointments, valuations, inspections

Build and manage a database of buyers and sellers

Conduct letterbox drops and generate new leads

Assist with client follow-up, buyer feedback and general sales support

Attend final inspections, measure-ups, and assist with property presentation

Be a key part of our growth and client experience

What We’re Looking For

1+ year real estate experience (sales or support)

A strong communicator with a professional and polished approach

High attention to detail and excellent time management

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset

Current Agents Representative Certificate

Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
