Hours: Monday - Friday, 11am-7pm (flexible to align with Singapore)
Salary: $70-90k + super (plus performance incentives)

  • Fluent Mandarin to support Singapore clients.

  • Experience in customer service, account management, or admin roles.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the key support contact for our Singapore sales team and their business clients.
  • Manage inbound requests, coordinate paperwork, and help clients navigate the lending process.
  • Make proactive calls to existing clients, checking in and uncovering future needs.
  • Keep our CRM and internal systems accurate and tidy — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Spot process bottlenecks and suggest smarter ways to get things done.
  • Help keep diaries, email threads and follow-ups in sync so the sales team can focus on closing deals.
