Job Overview:
As the Business Development Manager for our rope access division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be pivotal in positioning RIGCOM as a leader in the industry and expanding our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the rope access sector.
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads, build relationships, and acquire new clients. Present our services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and industry professionals.
- Sales & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and deliver excellent service.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends. Provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the rope access or related industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of rope access techniques, safety standards, and market dynamics.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
