We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Darra. This is a full-time role offering a competitive hourly rate of $32-$35 per hour plus super, with an immediate start available.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business, while also assisting with general administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing accounts receivable + assisting accounts payable

Chasing outstanding debtors

Performing bank reconciliations

Assisting with weekly payroll processing

Assisting HR with onboarding of new driver staff (setting up in systems and on company inductions)

Maintaining private property tow away paperwork and other ad hoc duties

Supporting general administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Proficiency with MYOB or similar software

• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently

• A team player with excellent communication skills
