We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Human Resources Manager to join the Executive Team of a fast-growing, performance-focused organisation. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will lead the national HR function—developing strategy, guiding senior leaders, and fostering capability, culture, and compliance across a complex, decentralised workforce.

What You’ll Do

Advise the Executive and Board on strategic HR matters

Design and deliver contemporary HR strategy, frameworks, and initiatives

Mentor and coach operational leaders, including first-time managers

Lead employee and industrial relations, WHS, and compliance

Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, engagement, and performance

Manage a small high-performing HR team and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

8–10+ years in senior or executive HR leadership

Strong knowledge of ER/IR, employment law, WHS, and cultural transformation

Proven ability to operate across complex, multi-site or decentralised environments

Commercially astute, hands-on, and solutions-focused

Experience in healthcare, professional services, or similar sectors is highly regarded
