The Role
A leadership role is available now to lead the HR function. Working closely and collaboratively with the ELT, this role will develop and embed HR strategies and operational plans.
This is a senior generalist role that will be an advisor on such matters as Employment Relations, compliance, Organisational Capability, leadership development, workforce planning, OHSWE, business process and innovation.
Leading and developing a small team, this role is "hands on" and a key influencer across the organisation. Salary commensurate with experience, and includes various benefits.
