About Our Client

Our Client comprises both open-cut and underground mining areas, as well as other mining-related infrastructure, such as a coal processing and transport facilities.

We are currently looking for:

We are looking for an Experienced Project Administrator for a short term role based at a local Open Cut coal mine in the Mudgee area.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing administration of the contractor management process

• Manage contractor related day to day admin including health and safety information.

• Project procurement, including raising PR’s in SAP, following up SAP approval delays, SES invoices and administering any new supplier requests.

• Maintain permits register, scan and file permits to relevant folders.

• Provide general project admin support to the wider team.

What you will need:

• Experience in a relevant administrative position.

• Well-developed communication skills.

• The ability to prioritise tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

• High levels of computer literacy including SAP and MS Office programs.

• Exceptional commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
