We invite you to join our National Procurement team at our head office in Ingleburn! As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our procurement processes.

About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will be integral to our daily operations, supporting the Procurement Manager with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Efficiently processing purchase orders and invoices within our systems (SAP).
  • Managing a high volume of paperwork through our new software program.
  • Meeting deadlines in data processing while maintaining accuracy.
  • Updating reports and providing spreadsheet data in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as directed.

About You:
We are seeking a confident self-starter with an exceptional administrative background who can manage day-to-day responsibilities effectively. If you have a flair for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to tackle varied administrative duties, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within procurement or purchasing administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient numeracy and data processing skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
