Temporary Office Administration Support — $55/hour

At Mister Membrane, we’re Sydney’s leading waterproofing specialists with a reputation for quality and an outstanding team culture. We're looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join us on a temporary full-time basis while our permanent admin team member is on leave.
You’ll be based at our commercial office in Banksmeadow, with full support and training provided in your first week.
Your Role Will Include
Creating and managing reports in Excel
Job scheduling and invoicing via ServiceM8
Managing accounts payable and overdue accounts in Xero
Reconciling accounts
Maintaining and updating internal databases and records
What We’re Looking For
Proven admin experience
Strong working knowledge of Xero and Excel (essential)
Familiarity with ServiceM8 (preferred but not required)
Great communication skills and ability to multi-task
Reliable, organised, and proactive attitude
