About the role
The Senior Human Resources Consultant is an integral member of the People and Culture team and leads the delivery of customised human resource consultancy and related workforce services to clients across the College.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in providing high quality consultancy and advice on complex human resource matters in a large organisational context. You will have a strong understanding of governing human resource legislation and policy frameworks and how they impact on employment, people management and service delivery. Applicants should also demonstrate highly developed communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes. Experience in leading and developing team performance and outcomes is also required.
