About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant for a short-term assignment to provide expert HR consultancy services across the organisation. This role is critical in supporting business units and employees through strategic HR initiatives and compliance with public sector standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit managers to develop and implement innovative HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Deliver comprehensive HR consultancy services across all HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with HR legislation, government policies, and public sector standards.
• Support employees in managing their entitlements and responsibilities.
• Conduct detailed research and manage complex HR projects, providing actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the HR Blueprint and related strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Uphold professional standards and contribute to a respectful, ethical workplace culture.
