Are you a detail-driven bookkeeper who loves keeping numbers in line and finances running smoothly? Show Support Pty Ltd, a fast-paced and vibrant organisation in the event workforce industry, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team full-time in our Ultimo office.

About the Role:

As our dedicated Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations. You’ll be working closely with management to ensure all accounts are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance

BAS preparation and lodgement

Payroll processing and superannuation

End-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting

Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed

Support budget preparation and cash flow monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 7 years of bookkeeping experience (ideally in a similar role)

Proficiency with MYOB (or similar accounting software)

Solid understanding of Australian taxation and compliance (BAS, PAYG, Super)

High attention to detail and excellent time management

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Relevant qualifications in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance

Salary & Benefits:

$90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation
