They are currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper who is excited to support clients on their growth journey, an ideal position for someone eager to learn and bring others along with them. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of bookkeeping work, including:
Maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable
Completing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Preparing BAS and IAS returns as required
Processing payroll and superannuation
Completing end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting
Liaising with clients across a diverse range of industries
Working with junior team members and the offshore team, including providing guidance and support as needed
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will:
Have a minimum of five years’ experience in a reputable firm
Have experience using Xero / XPM
Be confident delegating work, managing workflow, and supervising staff
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be enthusiastic about joining a fast-growing firm
