The Station Pilates is one of Queensland’s fastest-growing wellness brands, and we’re looking for a highly organised and experienced Finance & Admin Officer to support our studio network as we expand.

This permanent part-time position offers flexible working hours (approx. 10 hours per week), and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants meaningful work with flexibility.

Your Role Will Include:

Weekly payroll processing for studio teams

Preparing and lodging BAS and Superannuation

Managing accounts receivable and payable

Creating and reconciling invoices in Xero

Uploading and managing documents in Hubdoc

Supporting onboarding for new staff

Assisting with admin and reporting tasks

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience with Xero and Hubdoc

Strong understanding of BAS, payroll, and super compliance

Excellent attention to detail and task management

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Friendly, proactive attitude and great communication skills

Prior experience in a studio or small business environment (a bonus!)
