About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role manages the accounts’ payable function and supports the finance team. With business growth, there is potential to lead a team and contribute to process improvement.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments
• Manage payment runs and credit card reconciliations
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support cash flow forecasting and month-end procedures
• Help develop scalable accounts payable processes

Skills and experience

• Accounts payable experience ideally in construction or contracts
• Familiarity with Xero is a preference
• Solid understanding of GST and ATO compliance
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Interest or experience in mentoring or supervising others
