Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Sales Planning and Execution: Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and meet KPIs.
Product Knowledge: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the steel product range, including specialty coatings and materials for various environments.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to drive proactive sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and technical support, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers.
Reporting and Insights: Prepare detailed sales activity reports, pipeline progress, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven track record in sales or account management within the steel, construction, or manufacturing industries.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and analytical skills to develop customer-centric sales solutions.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salay and Benefits
Base $100k - $115k | Super 11.5% | Company Car or Car Allowance | Commission
