The Position
As a Sales Administrator, responsibilities include:

  • Provide end-to-end support to a high-performing lead sales agent
  • Manage CRM database (Rex), including data entry, appraisal tracking, and follow-ups
  • Prepare listing kits, agency agreements, vendor reports, and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate property marketing via Campaigntrack, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Handle buyer and vendor communications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage agent calendar, appointments, and appraisal bookings
  • Create and maintain content for social media and property portals (REA, Domain, etc.)
  • Provide tech and admin support across systems including Rex, PriceFinder, Propic, and Outlook
  • Prepare sales documentation, letters, contracts, and marketing materials

The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will:

  • Previous real estate experience, ideally in a sales admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent/team
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal presentation is a must
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong administrative skills with great time management
  • Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-tasker
  • Great customer focussed attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and have outstanding communication skills
