Prestige Joinery NSW Pty Ltd is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Ingleburn, NSW.

You will be working in a friendly team environment in our office located in Ingleburn NSW.

Monday to Friday working week

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Experience on Cheops and Construction software an advantage.
• Ability to work across a number of projects at any one time.
• Preparation and negotiation of contracts and scope of work
• Managing the project budget, cost reporting and forecasting
• Source and appoint new subcontractors, installers, and suppliers into business.
• Update list of preferred trades and review performance and compliance to contract requirements.
• Purchasing of materials and equipment for projects
• Review and keep track of all cost variationsg Knowledge of Construction Drawings
• Be self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Sound computer literacy in Microsoft Office
