About the role
As a Business Development Manager at Caddy Storage Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expansion. This full-time position is based in Newcastle, NSW area, offering an attractive salary of $100k plus bonuses. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and securing new sales opportunities to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Prospecting and generating new sales leads through a variety of channels
Developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients
Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches
Negotiating contracts and closing new business deals
Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
Contributing to the development of the company's sales strategy and initiatives
What we're looking for
Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the Sales industry
Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and solve client needs
Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities
Effective negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in New Business Development is essential.
