We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract-based positions in Parramatta! Initial 6-month contract with HIGH potential to extend!

Selection Criteria:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proven experience in high volume contact centre OR strong customer service experience in another area
• 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Highly motivated and driven
• Non restricted work rights
• MUST be available for rotating roster between 6am-10pm rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
  (shifts cannot be chosen as they will rotate)
• MUST be available to work on site in PARRAMATTA
• MUST be available to start work on the 20th of August 2025

Key skills:

• Good phone manners
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good team player
• High attention to detail
• Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
• Experience in high volume environment
